During this process we will take the time to speak with you regarding your wants and dreams for your wedding or event. We will explain our services and we will ask detailed questions to determine what service selection is right for you.

You’ve received the proposal, accepted it, now it’s time for the Client Contract and Agreement and the NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee to reserve and book your date. Once the signed agreement and the paid retainer have been received you will receive a Welcome Package with information on next steps in the event process.

Now that all of the formalities are out of the way, it’s time to start planning. Depending on your package your Events Manager will contact you periodically to check on the planning process. You are more than welcome to ask questions and communicate with your Events Manager and planning/design team as needed.
